Dr Jonathan Yong graduated with medical degrees from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the National University of Ireland.
In addition, he has a postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from the University of Cardiff, and a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. He has multiple Certificates of Competence from the Aesthetic Dermatology Educational Group.
Dr Yong regularly attends lectures, seminars, and practical trainings, thereby keeping up-to-date on all of the advancements in this rapidly evolving medical field.
Having served in various government hospitals, Dr Yong has many years of experience in Surgical, Emergency Medicine, and Anaesthesia specialities.
Dr Yong’s interests include the use of Lasers, Dermal Fillers and Botox to enhance a person’s looks and to help turn back the clock to restore a person’s youth.
DR CHUA CHENG YU
Having graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Dr Chua went on to obtain the prestigious post-graduate qualification of Membership of Royal College of Surgeons from Edinburgh. Through a wide range of clinical rotations, ranging from critical care to various surgical fields, he gained a broad understanding of the science and art of medicine, before choosing to specialise in aesthetics medicine.
Trained by the Aesthetics Dermatology Education Group in Singapore, he is fully certified to perform a large range of procedures, such as Botulinum Toxin, dermal fillers, skin peels, medical IPL and lasers. His previous training in various surgical departments, including facial plastics surgery, also gave him a good understanding of facial anatomy, a pair of steady hands and a keen eye for detail. He has also presented and participated in local and overseas conferences to widen his exposure in the field.
Dr Chua believes in the minimally invasive techniques employed in aesthetic medicine to achieve results that are personalised, natural looking and lasting. With his years of medical experience and knowledge, he perceives aesthetic medicine as not simply a science of rejuvenation but also an intricate art.
Being a veteran musician himself, he knows that the concept of beauty is a complex one that requires meticulous detail and subtlety.
